Due to the recent extreme earthquake in Japan, several key Japanese scientists could not participate in the joined workshop planned initially from 22-23 March 2011. Upon agreement from the organizing committee, we would like to postpone the workshop until late April. More specific date and time will be further announced. On behalf of the faculty, we would like to express our sympathy with our Japanese colleagues whose family and friends have been affected by this catastrophe. Our thoughts are with you.
