After a visit to the VNU University of Science in November 2017, the ASEAN University Network has officially presented the AUN-QA certificate to the bachelor program in Meteorology of the Faculty of Hydrology, Meteorology, and Oceanography. The AUN-QA standard was promulgated in 2015 by the ASEAN University Network, which aims to promote quality assurance of universities in ASEAN and target to inter-credit activities between university members in the network.
AUN-QA is a set of standards with rigorous quality rules and clear, specific criteria focused on assessments to ensure the quality of comprehensive training programs from a variety of perspectives such as curriculum; teaching staff; infrastructure; quality assurance; connecting schools, students and entrepreneurs.
